I’m Denisse Bronsoiler, a certified Project Manager Professional (PMP®), Design Consultant, Design Strategist, and Digital Designer. With over 12 years of experience, I bring a unique mix of project management expertise, and digital and creative design skills to every project.

I have a background in Design Management, Project Management, Interactive Design, and Finance. I have a creative mind as well as a business one. I specialize in managing and leading digital projects, including leading the redevelopment of an e-learning platform.
I have experience consulting clients in strategy, branding, and customer experience, facilitating workshops in Design Thinking, as well as UX design, web development, digital marketing, and animation.

Workshop facilitation
I facilitate workshops both online and in person, covering a range of subjects, including Design Thinking. I guide participants through collaborative problem-solving sessions, encouraging creativity and innovation. My workshops are designed to engage teams, foster a user-centered mindset, and equip participants with practical tools and techniques that can be applied to real-world challenges.
I led and managed the complete redevelopment and redesign of PARK's e-learning platform, the Livebook. This involved overseeing the project from concept to launch, coordinating developers, and ensuring the platform’s design was both user-friendly and visually engaging. I worked closely with stakeholders to align the platform’s features with user needs and organizational goals, ultimately enhancing the learning experience and improving overall platform performance.
I support and develop content for Design Leadership and Management training programs tailored specifically for senior designers. My contributions include creating comprehensive learning materials, researching topics, writing case studies, and designing interactive modules. These programs are crafted to help experienced designers transition into leadership roles, driving innovation and fostering a culture of design excellence within their organizations.
I managed the comprehensive rebrand of PARK and currently oversee all aspects of brand management. My role involves supporting the creation of new designs, ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints, and collaborating with multiple stakeholders to guide decision-making. I coordinate efforts to maintain the integrity of the brand identity while adapting to evolving market trends and business needs, ensuring that the brand remains strong, cohesive, and aligned with our strategic objectives.
I'm a certified Project Manager Professional (PMP®) focusing on digital, software, and design-related projects. My skills include strategic planning, managing resources, aligning stakeholders, and cross-functional team leadership. I excel at driving projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.
Focused on user-centered design principles, I create intuitive and engaging digital experiences. I specialize in conducting user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing to ensure that products meet both user needs and business goals.
CRM System
I managed a full CRM implementation project, leading it from initial research through successful adoption. I conducted workshops with stakeholders to define the needs and objectives for implementing a CRM. I led the selection of the platform, customized it to fit the organization's workflows, and organized training sessions to drive adoption. The result was a CRM system that improved team efficiency and supported growth.
